I’m going bananas for the beginning of Summer! It’s finally here (even though it may not totally feel like it here in the Midwest). The idea behind this recipe is for the whole family to have a healthy summer treat without feeling like you are being naughty. These are super simple waffles made with only a banana, an egg and cinnamon! They are a little floppy so feel free to turn it into a banana waffle burrito!
FUN FACT: Did you know tart cherries are rich in melatonin? This is the hormone that helps you sleep! So if you are having trouble sleeping, have some cherries and dream about these waffles!
