It’s summer, which means it’s grilling season! I love seafood in the summer, and there’s nothing better than combining that with the grill. To add to the tropical essence, I added some pineapple, green peppers and cilantro. Any time you are making kabobs with wooden skewers, make sure you ALWAYS soak them in water before hand to ensure they do not burn on the grill!
FUN FACT: Shrimp is very low in calories and high in protein! Sounds like the perfect beach food! However, don’t go overboard if you are watching your cholesterol, as it is also a bit on the higher side in cholesterol.
