School is OUT and families are getting ready for outdoor fun and food! This is a great summer dinner for kids and adults to indulge in. This baked chicken is so crunchy and full of honey mustard flavor, you won’t even miss the “fried” part of traditional crispy fried chicken.

Let’s not forget the sweet potato fries as a side! These fries are also baked rather than fried, which saves a lot of calories but still offers a lot of flavor and health benefits!

FUN FACT: Sweet potatoes contain both collagen and magnesium, which help our bodies cope with stress.
