Oh the many faces of pizza! Pizza is one of those universal dishes that you can just do SO MUCH with! I created this recipe to be more of a focaccia bread or appetizer than a pizza. That’s one of the reasons I made it much smaller than a traditional size pizza.
The secret ingredient that really made this recipe pop was basting the entire crust with “Ken’s Steakhouse Simply Vinaigrette” in Garlic and Basil. This dressing is bursting with zesty Italian flavors that totally made this dish what it is!
FUN FACT: Fennel is actually an herb with a strong flavor of anise or licorice. It has been used medicinally, including helping inflammation in your body. Fennel is also traditionally used to aid in digestion.
