This dish is basically a lazy loaded taco! It’s such a great way to eat everything you love in a taco, but in a neater way and without all the taco shell crumbs! The best part is that it is a GREAT freezer meal that you can make ahead of time, freeze and bake on a busy school night! It’s all about the layers of great, classic taco flavors with a little flare!

FUN FACT: Soft or hard shell? Historically, tacos have always had a soft shell. It wasn’t until recent history that a famous food chain actually created the hard shell!
