  1. Place your sausage on a slotted baking pan to catch the drippings and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
  2. Using a muffin tin or popover tin, place a large enough piece of the pizza dough to form a “cup.” Make sure to spray your tin with nonstick spray first.
  3. On the bottom of the dough “cup,” place a dollop of sugar plum jam. Then, cut the COOKED sausage into discs and place a disc on top of the jam followed by a chink of brie. Push it all down as you are doing so and wrap dough from the sides up on top and pinch closed. Baste with a touch of olive oil.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until the popovers are puffed up and golden on top.
